Harvest Limeade Fizz
This is my version of a viral trend. Instead of using lemons, I've used limes. I've also used roma tomatoes, but you can use cherry tomatoes instead. 1 roma tomato chopped 1 lime, cut into quarters 1 tsp. agave nectar 1 c. club soda Ice Place a clean glass in refrigerator to chill for a few minutes. Rinse, chop tomato, lime. In a clean jar, place tomato, lime, agave nectar. Use a clean wooden spoon to muddle lime, tomato, nectar together. Remove glass from refrigerator, add ice, use a strainer to strain juice into glass. Top off with club soda, stir with a straw to mix. Serves 1.
