Winter Daisy
This is perfect a girls night out or anytime. 4 - 6 oz. vodka 3 oz. grapefruit juice 2 oz. grenadine Ice 1 oz. lemon juice. Rinse, cut grapefruit and lemon in half, set aside. Put 4 clean glasses in freezer to chill for a few minutes. For each cocktail: Place ice in bottom of a clean cocktail shaker, add 1 shot of vodka. Through a strainer, strain grapefruit juice and lemon into shaker. Drizzle some grenadine into glass. Put lid on shaker and shake for 10 - 20 sec. Remove glass from freezer, remove lid from shaker and strain cocktail into glass. Serves 4.
