  This is perfect for tailgating, game day or anytime. I used whiskey liqueur but you can use bourbon instead. 3 - 4 c. ginger beer 4 - 6 oz. whiskey liqueur 1 T. lime juice  Ice In the bottom of 4 clean glasses, place ice. Pour liqueur or bourbon over ice.  Squeeze lime juice into glasses. Top off with ginger beer. Serves 4.

This is New York favorite that's perfect while watching the US Open, on a hot day or anytime. 1 - 2 c. milk 2 - 4 T. chocolate syrup  2 - 3 c. club soda Put 4 glasses in refrigerator to chill for a few minutes. Take glasses out of fridge & drizzle chocolate syrup in bottom of glasses. Pour milk into glasses, top milk off with club soda. Serves 4.
