Race For The Roses Fizz
Happy Derby Day all! This perfect for watching the derby or anytime. 3 - 4 c. sparkling water 1 - 2 tsp. lime juice 4 - 6 oz. bourbon Ice 1 -2 T. rose syrup Place 4 clean glasses in freezer or refrigerator to chill. To serve: Remove glasses from freezer. Place ice in bottom of glasses. Pour bourbon into glasses over ice. Squeeze some lime juice over ice. Spoon desired amount of rose syrup in glass. Top glasses off with sparkling water or club soda. Serves 4.
