Autumn Iced Coffee

You don't have to spend much to get a great cup of iced coffee.

This is perfect for fall mornings or anytime.


3 - 4 c. brewed coffee

2 T. caramel sauce 

1/4 c. heavy cream 

1/8 - 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 - 2 T. brown sugar
Ice


Brew coffee according to coffee maker instructions. 

Drizzle caramel sauce in the bottom of 4 clean glasses. 

Spoon desired amount of cream, cinnamon and sugar in the bottom of glasses.

Pour coffee in glasses and stir with a clean straw. 

Add desired amount of ice to glasses.

Serves 4.

This is family friendly mocktail that’s perfect for movie night, game day or anytime. 4 c. prepared lemonade 2 c. lemon lime soda Ice In the bottom of 4 clean glasses, place ice. Pour lemonade over ice, top off with lemon lime soda. Serves 4.

Blue Skies Margaritas

This is perfect for Memorial Day Weekend or anytime.  4 c. margarita mix Ice salt (enough to coat rims) 4 - 6 oz. tequila  2 oz. triple sec Blue food coloring  Wet the rims of 4 clean glasses with a clean wet napkin. Put salt on a clean plate and place glasses rim side down on plate to coat glasses. Place margarita glasses in freezer to chill for a few minutes. In the bottom of a clean pitcher, place ice.  Combine a couple of drops of food coloring & triple sec in the bottom of a clean glass.  Stir to mix with a clean fork.  Add tequila, triple sec and margarita mix to pitcher. Stir with a clean wooden spoon and place in refrigerator until ready to serve. To serve: Remove pitcher from fridge, glasses from freezer and pour margaritas into glasses. Serves 4.
