Berry Smoothie

This is perfect for summer or anytime. 


2 - 3 c. almond milk

1/2 c. each: strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple chunks

1 banana


Rinse berries in a colander and slice strawberries.

Peel, slice banana with a clean knife.

Remove carton of almond milk from refrigerator.

Open can of pineapple, drain liquid.

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend for 20 sec. 

Pour smoothie into clean glasses.

Serves 4.
