Blue Skies Margaritas

This is perfect for Memorial Day Weekend or anytime.

 4 c. margarita mix

Ice

salt (enough to coat rims)

4 - 6 oz. tequila 

2 oz. triple sec

Blue food coloring 

Wet the rims of 4 clean glasses with a clean wet napkin.

Put salt on a clean plate and place glasses rim side down on plate to coat glasses.

Place margarita glasses in freezer to chill for a few minutes.

In the bottom of a clean pitcher, place ice. 

Combine a couple of drops of food coloring & triple sec in the bottom of a clean glass. 

Stir to mix with a clean fork. 

Add tequila, triple sec and margarita mix to pitcher.

Stir with a clean wooden spoon and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.

To serve:

Remove pitcher from fridge, glasses from freezer and pour margaritas into glasses.

Serves 4.
