Bourbon And Branch

 This is perfect for watching the Kentucky Derby, streaming classic Dallas episodes or anytime.

I put ice in the bottom of the glasses, but you can serve this without ice too.

4 - 6 oz. bourbon

1 - 2 oz. water

Ice


Put 4 clean glasses in freezer to chill for a few minutes.

When ready to serve: remove glasses from freezer.

In the bottom of glasses, place ice.

Pour bourbon into glasses.

With a clean spoon, drizzle desired amount of water into bourbon.

Serves 4

Winter Sangria

Happy New Year all! This is perfect for New Years, brunch, girls night or anytime. 1 bottle white wine 2 tangerines 2 c. club soda 1/4 - 1/3 c. sugar 1/4 c. blueberries  Ice Peel, section, tangerines. Rinse blueberries. In the bottom of a clean pitcher, place ice. Add berries, tangerines, sugar. Pour wine over fruit and stir to mix. Place in refrigerator to chill until ready to serve. To serve: Remove sangria from fridge and pour into 4 clean glasses.  Top sangria off with club soda.  Serves 4.

Peppermint Vodka

This is perfect for holiday cocktails, as a gift or anytime. I used 1 piece of candy but you can use 2 candies if needed. 1 - 2 peppermint candies (adjust amount)  4 - 6 oz. vodka In a small clean jar combine ingredients. Put lid on jar, shake to mix, place in refrigerator until ready to use. Serves 4.
