Welcome Spring Smoothie
Tomorrow’s the first full day of spring.
This is a perfect green smoothie for spring or anytime.
2 - 3 c. pineapple juice
1 c. baby spinach leaves
1/2c. cucumber
1/4 c. lime juice
Ice
Rinse spinach leaves, pat dry.
Rinse, chop ends from and cut cucumber in half.
Chop cucumber, set aside.
Rinse and cut lime in half.
In the bottom of a clean blender, add ice.
Add remaining ingredients and blend for a few seconds until blended.
Serves 4.
