Lillibet Martini

Prayers, peace, love for the United Kingdom.

This cocktail was inspired by and in honor of Her Majesty.

4 - 6 oz. gin
2 oz. vermouth
1 lemon peeled
Ice cubes 


With a vegetable peeler, peel 4 lemon peel from a lemon.

Chill 4 clean martini glasses in freezer for a few minutes.

Place ice cubes in cocktail shaker. 

In shaker combine, vermouth, gin.

Shake well.

Take glasses out of freezer. Strain martinis into glasses.

Garnish glasses with lemon peels.

Serves 4.

Winter Sangria

Happy New Year all! This is perfect for New Years, brunch, girls night or anytime. 1 bottle white wine 2 tangerines 2 c. club soda 1/4 - 1/3 c. sugar 1/4 c. blueberries  Ice Peel, section, tangerines. Rinse blueberries. In the bottom of a clean pitcher, place ice. Add berries, tangerines, sugar. Pour wine over fruit and stir to mix. Place in refrigerator to chill until ready to serve. To serve: Remove sangria from fridge and pour into 4 clean glasses.  Top sangria off with club soda.  Serves 4.

Peppermint Vodka

This is perfect for holiday cocktails, as a gift or anytime. I used 1 piece of candy but you can use 2 candies if needed. 1 - 2 peppermint candies (adjust amount)  4 - 6 oz. vodka In a small clean jar combine ingredients. Put lid on jar, shake to mix, place in refrigerator until ready to use. Serves 4.
