Blueberry Smoothie

This is great to enjoy for summer, an easy breakfast or anytime.


2 - 3 c. almond milk

1 c. blueberries

1/2 c. pineapple chunks

1 banana sliced


Rinse blueberries in a colander.

Open up a can of pineapple chunks, strain liquid into a cup.  

Put pineapple chunks into a clean bowl, set aside.

Peel and slice banana.

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend for 20 seconds. 

Pour smoothie into clean glasses.

Serves 4.
