Cherry Fest Vodka

 This is perfect for celebrating the cherry festival, celebrating summer, girls day cocktails or anytime. 

1 c. vodka

1/3 c. sweet cherries

Rinse cherries through a strainer under running cold water, pat  cherries dry with a clean paper towel.

Pit, slice cherries in half.

 In a clean jar combine cherries & vodka, screw on lid and place jar in refrigerator for a few days.

When you’re ready to use, remove jar from fridge unscrew lid from jar & strain desired amount of vodka through a tea strainer into a clean cocktail shaker or cocktail glasses.

Serves 6 - 8.

Winter Sangria

Happy New Year all! This is perfect for New Years, brunch, girls night or anytime. 1 bottle white wine 2 tangerines 2 c. club soda 1/4 - 1/3 c. sugar 1/4 c. blueberries  Ice Peel, section, tangerines. Rinse blueberries. In the bottom of a clean pitcher, place ice. Add berries, tangerines, sugar. Pour wine over fruit and stir to mix. Place in refrigerator to chill until ready to serve. To serve: Remove sangria from fridge and pour into 4 clean glasses.  Top sangria off with club soda.  Serves 4.

Peppermint Vodka

This is perfect for holiday cocktails, as a gift or anytime. I used 1 piece of candy but you can use 2 candies if needed. 1 - 2 peppermint candies (adjust amount)  4 - 6 oz. vodka In a small clean jar combine ingredients. Put lid on jar, shake to mix, place in refrigerator until ready to use. Serves 4.
