Simply Margarita

 Happy National Margarita Day all. 6 oz. tequila  2 oz. agave nectar 1 c. lime juice salt Ice Wet rims of 4 clean glasses with a clean wet napkin. Put some salt down on a clean plate, places glasses rim side down on plate to coat rims with salt. Place glasses in freezer to chill for a few minutes. To serve: Place ice in bottom of cocktail shaker. Combine tequila, nectar and lime juice in shaker.  Place lid on shaker, shake for 10 - 20 sec.  Take glasses out freezer and pour margarita into glasses. Serves 4.

Parcha Fizz

Need a last minute mocktail for the big game. This is perfect whether you're watching the game, enjoying the halftime show, watching your favorite Olympic events, Galentines Day, Valentines Day or anytime.  2 c.  passion fruit juice 1 - 2 c. sparkling water 1 c. pineapple juice 4 premade chunks pineapple  Ice Place 4 clean glasses in refrigerator to chill for a few minutes. To serve: Put pineapple chunks on 4 toothpick, set aside Remove glasses from fridge.  In the bottom of glasses, place ice.  Pour pineapple juice over ice.   Pour passion fruit juice into glasses.  Top mocktail off with sparkling water. Garnish with pineapple chunk. Serves 4. 

Rock On Martini Shots

Who's all watching the Grammys? This is perfect for rocking on to your favorite performers, watching the halftime show on game day or anytime.  Congrats to all the winners. 4 - 6 oz. gin  or  vo dka 1 oz. dry vermouth 1 - 2 tsp. olive juice Ice cubes 4 - 6 cocktail olives C hill   clean shot glasses in freezer (5-10 min). Place ice cubes in cocktail shaker.  In shaker combine, vermouth, gin (vodka), olive juice.  Shake well. Take glasses out of freezer. Strain martinis into shot glasses. Garnish with an olive on a toothpick. Serves 4.
